Some of the Games’ youngest competitors take part in the Dancing and Highland Dancing competitions, but their skill and lightness of foot is always a pleasure to watch.
History of Dancing
Dances such as the Highland Fling, Reel of Tulloch (which originated near Nethy Bridge) and the Sword Dance celebrate the warlike past of the Highlands and their people.

SOBHD Rules apply
SOBHD Rules apply, and all dancers must pre-register. A complimentary ticket for one person to accompany the dancer will be sent with the dancing number. No entries will be accepted on the field
