Car travel is the most flexible option for travel to Nethy Bridge as this gives easy access to the many activities in and around the area once you are here.
Edinburgh or Glasgow takes 2 hrs 45 mins,
Stranraer – 4 hrs 30 mins,
Newcastle – 5 hrs, Manchester – 6hrs.

Be aware that the last hour or so from Perth north will be on the A9 which is a busy road, mainly single carriageway but it is being upgraded over the next few years to dual carriageway all the way to Inverness. There are therefore long areas of roadworks with speed restrictions and average speed cameras. Please drive with care and please observe the temporary speed limits
