Dunedin is a very comfortable, cosy, well equipped 4 bedroom detached house in the quiet village of Nethybridge. In a quiet location next to the ancient Caledonian pine forest, Nethybridge is almost half way between Aviemore and Grantown on Spey and is a perfect location for exploring all that the Cairngorms National Park has to offer. The forests around Nethy are full of wildlife including red squirrels, deer, capercaillie and more. Squirrels often visit the garden at Dunedin!
Dunedin is a large, spacious house. Newly decorated and kept to a high standard it provides comfortable, modern accommodation over 2 floors. This property has been tastefully adapted to allow disabled access throughout, including ramp to patio doors, stannah stair lift and wet room. A fold down bed is available for the play room should you require to accommodate an 8th person. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

First floor: Master kingsize bedroom with ensuite wet room, twin bedroom, single room. Family bathroom.
