Community Centre Hire Charges

Large Hall – £19.26 per hour  
Small Hall – £12.84 per hour   
Exclusive use of building for weddings, etc.
£500.00 per weekend ( Friday mid-day to Sunday mid-day) + £150.00 returnable deposit

Tennis Court Hire  – Adults £8 .00 per hour
Children £5.00 per hour
Football Pitch – £25.00 per match or 2 hrs maximum.
Projector Laptop, Projector, Screen, Audio system  and set-up – FOC 


There is a minimum charge of one hour rate and hourly thereafter

Hire of large and small hall includes light use of kitchen facilities and reasonable setting-up time including light energy use. Heavy use of the kitchen facilities and heavy energy use during setting-up time, will be charged by negotiation. Kitchen facilities may need to be shared if both halls are let to different parties at the same time. Hirers are responsible for obtaining an alcohol licence and for complying with licensing laws.

The Explore Abernethy visitor centre may be open during the period of hire.

All hirers are required to comply with all legislation, the terms of the Public Entertainment Licence (whether or not entry is for money or monies worth) and the NBCC terms of hire.

All users will be allowed (subject to availability) to use the small hall free of charge for catering when booking the large hall for a minimum of 3 hours, provided this is requested at the time of booking.

All members of Nethy Bridge Community Centre company will receive a 25% discount on the above rates. Please see Membership page for details

Member rates are given on the understanding that members undertake to be responsible for opening/ setting-up/ closing the premises and cleaning the premises after use and require no Hall Keeper or other services.

Winter Opening 1st November to 31st March 10am to 4.00pm (weather permitting)
