Balliefurth Farm

History

The land around Balliefurth Farm was a very important place pre 1920 as it was where the Grants crossed the River Spey to get to the meeting place at old Ballintomb where they held their fairs/courts and rallied for war.

The farm is now owned and run by Patrick and Abby Harrison and stocks a large number of breeding cows and sheep, and also 6 bee hives. 29 January 2010
