Clachbhan, a contemporary house designed by Les Hunter, architect of Portsoy and built in 2003 by McLeods Builders of Grantown. The house was commissioned by David and Valery Dean of Badanfhuarain for Mrs Elizabeth Fleming, formerly of The Dell of Abernethy.

Location/map ref

The house occupies a part of the former garden of neighbouring Clachbheo (Galelic, stone of life) and faces south across the River Nethy on Balnagowan Road.
