Bought in 1970s by James and Hilda Watt who changed the name from Martinez to Kimberley. Martinez is now one of the holiday cottages in the grounds.

Bought by Derek and Betty Warne and operated as Kimberley holiday homes.

James Derek Warne – known to all as Derek, died 11th June 2004.

Property sold in 1990s to Keith and Diane Sanders who continued the business and also offered B&B accommodation.

Built by 1940.
